Job summary

The role reports to the Manager, Career Development, with hybrid flexible working and a focus on equity, data-driven improvement, and student success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering career coaching and development programs.
• Ability to analyse data to guide program improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal/digital communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality front-line career coaching and workshops to UNSW students.
• Lead career development programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculties and stakeholders to co-design employability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on program effectiveness and equity outcomes.
