Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney, via Breakthru, seeks a Career Coach to support people with disability or health conditions into meaningful work. You will guide job-readiness, coach individuals, and connect them with upskilling and employer partnerships to build lasting careers.

You will foster inclusive, person-centred support, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with community services to open employment pathways across NSW.

Formación

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) are desirable.
• Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
• Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends.
• Current Driver's License is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and guide clients through the job-readiness journey to secure meaningful employment.
• Build strong relationships to understand goals, strengths, and support needs.
• Provide tailored coaching with regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
• Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group activities.
• Collaborate with employers and community services to create pathways to employment and training.
• Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
• Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
