Job summary

Infinite Care Knoxfield is seeking a Duty Supervisor (Care & Services Manager) to oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality resident experiences and safety. You will collaborate with clinical, hospitality, maintenance and admin teams to maintain standards and drive service excellence.

This hands-on leadership role offers a part-time permanent roster (Sat-Sun-Mon-Tues PM) and opportunities for professional growth within our expanding national network.

About the Role

As a Duty Supervisor (internally known as a Care & Services Manager), you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our Knoxfield home.

Working closely with department leaders across clinical, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and administration teams, you'll ensure residents, families and visitors enjoy an exceptional experience while maintaining high operational standards across the home.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations, hospitality, customer service or team leadership who enjoys being visible, hands‑on and leading from the front.
