Job summary

Infinite Care Knoxfield is seeking a Duty Supervisor (Care & Services Manager) to lead day-to-day operations at our Knoxfield home. The role reports to the leadership team and works closely with clinical, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and administration colleagues to deliver an outstanding resident experience.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes visible management, exceptional service, and mentoring across departments, in a fast-paced residential aged care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, venue management, hospitality leadership or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and operational excellence.

About the Role

As a Duty Supervisor (internally known as a Care & Services Manager), you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our Knoxfield home.

Working closely with department leaders across clinical, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and administration teams, you'll ensure residents, families and visitors enjoy an exceptional experience while maintaining high operational standards across the home.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations, hospitality, customer service or team leadership who enjoys being visible, hands-on and leading from the front.
