Infinite Care Knoxfield is seeking a Duty Supervisor (Care & Services Manager) to oversee the daily operations of the Knoxfield home. You’ll work closely with clinical, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and administration teams to ensure residents, families and visitors enjoy an exceptional experience while upholding high standards.

The role suits a people‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, with hands‑on leadership and a strong emphasis on service excellence.

About the Role

As a Duty Supervisor (internally known as a Care & Services Manager), you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our Knoxfield home.

Working closely with department leaders across clinical, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and administration teams, you'll ensure residents, families and visitors enjoy an exceptional experience while maintaining high operational standards across the home.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations, hospitality, customer service or team leadership who enjoys being visible, hands‑on and leading from the front.

About You

You will bring:
