You will handle intraday changes, third‑party bookings, and payroll data accuracy while collaborating with supply and demand teams. The position offers hybrid work with one WFH day per fortnight after 3 months, and a $40.38/hr rate plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or rostering is ideal but not essential.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administration practices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage care worker rosters including intraday changes and leave requests.
• Ensure rostering guidelines, training, and funding requirements are met.
• Coordinate third‑party service bookings and supplier engagements.
• Serve as first point of contact for customer scheduling enquiries with timely support.
• Maintain accurate data in systems and support payroll accuracy.
• Provide workforce insights to leaders and assist with recruitment alignment.
• Deliver after-hours support when rostered and promote safety and compliance.
