Alpha Omega Management Consulting is expanding its aged care and NDIS services in the Sydney area, seeking professionals fluent in Arabic to support Arabic-speaking clients and their families. The role emphasizes culturally sensitive communication, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Community Services, Ageing Studies and Services, or Nursing (Certificate IV in Ageing/Disability preferred).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Services or related Nursing/Ageing studies preferred.
• Certificate IV in Ageing Support/Disability Support required/advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in aged care, disability or community services.

Who we are looking for

• Experienced professionals in aged care, disability or community services
• Fluency in Arabic is required to support our clients and their families; additional community languages (e.g. Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese) are highly valued.

What we are looking for

• A Diploma Community Services, Ageing Studies and Services, or Nursing is preferred. Atleast a Certificate IV in Ageing Support/Disability Support.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aged care, disability services, or community services is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced with care CRM software, with a proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Confident managing high-volume incoming calls, efficiently assessing client needs, and providing a helpful, customer-first response.
• Strong active listener who communicates clearly with clients, families, and team members to solve problems quickly.
