Who we are looking for

• Experienced professionals in aged care, disability or community services
• Fluency in Cantonese is required to support our clients and their families; additional community languages (e.g. Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic) are highly valued.

• Efficient and able to stay calm and organised under pressure while maintaining accurate, high-quality client records.

What we are looking for

• A Diploma Community Services, Ageing Studies and Services, or Nursing is preferred. At least a Certificate IV in Ageing Support/Disability Support.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aged care, disability services, or community services is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced with care CRM software, with a proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Confident managing high-volume incoming calls, efficiently assessing client needs, and providing a helpful, customer-first response.
• Strong active listener who communicates clearly with clients, families, and team members to solve problems quickly.
