Job summary

Dovida is a dedicated aged care provider supporting older Australians in their own homes in Australia. As part of the Circle of Care, you will ensure our teams and Caregivers have the support and tools to focus on clients and their goals.

Located in Gosford, you will develop clear care plans, budgets and service agreements, working with the Client Services Team to match caregivers and help clients settle in while ensuring ongoing reviews and safe transitions.

Qualifications

• Located in Gosford or nearby and eligible to work in Australia.
• Experience managing Support at Home or Home Care Package clients.
• Experience in caring roles with older adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients and families to understand goals and needs.
• Develop clear care plans, service agreements and budgets, and explain them in plain terms.
• Partner with Client Services Team on Caregiver matching and help new clients settle in.
• Conduct regular reviews, elevate changing risks and coordinate hospital or residential care transitions.
• Monitor client budgets and keep documentation accurate and audit-ready.

With your person-led approach, you will:

What you’ll bring

You are organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working on your own or as part of a team. You put each client’s rights and choices first, and you build trust quickly with clients, families and health professionals.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Located in or near Gosford

Experience managing Support at Home or Home Care Package clients.

Experience working with older people in a care or health setting.

Strong organisation, time management and communication skills.

Valid Australian working rights and willingness to complete a National Police Check.

It’s not essential, but it would be wonderful if you also have:

A tertiary qualification in nursing, social work, allied health or a related field.

Knowledge of local health and community services.

Familiarity with the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
