Job summary

Trinity Public Care Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Care Coordinator and Business Development Manager – NDIS to join our growing team. This full-time role combines direct care coordination with business growth to expand services within the NDIS sector.

You will coordinate high‑quality disability support, build partnerships, manage documentation, and contribute to tender proposals while aligning with the values of person‑centred care.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the NDIS environment, ideally in care coordination or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS principles, legislation, participant planning and service delivery requirements.
  • Proven experience in business development, market analysis or service expansion within community services or aged care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise multiple competing demands.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency with relevant IT systems and data management tools; experience with NDIS portals and databases is desirable.
  • A current or willing to obtain relevant qualifications in disability support, aged care or community services.
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport for client visits.
  • A commitment to person-centred practice and the values of dignity, choice and empowerment.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) and/or National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain these as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data on service performance to drive continuous improvement.

Trinity Public Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Care Coordinator and Business Development Manager – NDIS to join our growing team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position that combines care coordination responsibilities with business development initiatives to support our expansion within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) sector.

In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between direct service delivery and organisational growth. You will be responsible for coordinating high-quality disability support services whilst simultaneously identifying and developing new business opportunities to strengthen our market position. This role is essential to achieving our strategic objectives in the aged and disability support industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate individualised support plans and services for NDIS participants, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with NDIS requirements
