My Own Care (MOC) is seeking a Client Relationship and Business Development Manager to drive growth in the NDIS space from Joslin, South Australia. This full-time role focuses on expanding the client base, strengthening referral networks, and ensuring high-quality participant engagement in line with NDIS requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the NDIS sector.
  • Strong understanding of NDS framework and compliance requirements, incident management, and reporting protocols.
  • Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills.
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding participant intake.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, guardians, plan managers, Allied Health professionals and community organisations.
  • Represent My Own Care at community forums and industry engagements to raise brand visibility.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with NDIS requirements and quality standards.

The Opportunity

The Business Development & Client Relationship Manager at My Own Care (MOC) is a pivotal leadership role focused on drivingthe organisation’s growth while maintaining strong, professional relationships with existing participants. The role focuses on expanding the client base, strengthening referral networks, and ensuring a high standard of participant engagement and satisfaction in line with NDIS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Drive the growth of MOC by identifying new business opportunities, building strong referral networks, and converting potential leads into active participants.

Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with Support Coordinators,Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Legal Guardians, Plan Managers, Allied Health professionals, and community organisations.

Identify and secure new participant intakes across MOC’s service offerings, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Assistance with Daily Living, community nursing care and Social/Community Participation.

Represent MOC at community forums, networking events, and industry engagements to raise brand visibility, promote services, and strengthen trust in the disability sector.

Contribute to organisational growth strategies by identifying market opportunities, promoting MOC services, and supporting long-term business development objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new services, consistent service quality, and compliance with NDIS requirements.

Contribute to growth strategies aligned with organisational goals

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain regular engagement with existing participants to ensure satisfaction, continuity of supports, and positive experiences with MOC.

Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with participants, their families, and guardians, ensuring individual needs and preferences are central to service delivery.

Respond promptly and professionally to participant feedback, concerns, or service adjustments, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.

Support the on boarding process for new participants, including preparation of service agreements, care planning, and coordination of supports.

Monitor participant outcomes and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improving service quality and enhancing the participant experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality, and compliant service delivery aligned with NDIS standards.

To be considered for the role, candidates need to have:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in the NDIS sector.

Strong understanding of NDS framework and compliance requirements, incident management, and reporting protocols.

Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills.

Must have (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

What We Offer:

A competitive remuneration package of up to $115,000 plus superannuation will be offered, commensurate with experience.
