Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Senior Nursing Clinician at The Ormsby, Buderim. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise care teams, and manage medication and assessments to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will coordinate with residents, families, and the care team to develop personalised care plans and supervise staff to maintain exceptional service delivery within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
• Evidence of Australian work rights.

Purpose of the role

To work as a senior nursing clinician to provide a variety of generalist nursing duties, including medication management, assessment, coordination and case management and supervision of staff to ensure appropriate care for residents.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the day-to-day activities of care teams including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers, Diversional Therapists and Allied Health staff
• Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents
• Develop appropriate care plans in consultation with the resident, their family/carer and other members of the care team
