Bolton Clarke is seeking a Registered Nurse in Lilydale to provide clinical care and support for residents, helping them achieve greater independence and wellness. You will monitor resident care, collaborate with the care team and contribute to a positive, respectful environment.

The role requires AHPRA registration and at least 12 months’ RN in-charge experience, along with NDIA/Police checks and strong communication with residents and families.

Formación

• NDIS Worker Screen and/or National Police check (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.These include:

• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
