Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Personal Care Worker to assist residents across our Caloundra homes in Queensland. You will support daily living, wellbeing, and activities centered on independence and comfort, delivering high-quality personal care with dignity.

Experience in Aged Care is highly regarded; you will work alongside a caring team with pathways to nursing or leadership, and benefit from our not-for-profit structure and dedicated staff programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
• Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

The Role

As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

The key focus of the role will be to:

• To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
• Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
• Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

To be successful, you will have

• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
