Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within Caravan and RV industry, boating or automotive.
• Ability to read and interpret sales figures, margins and reporting.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Thorough knowledge of Caravan and RV products and the retail sales process.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive day-to-day sales activity, from first enquiry through to delivery handover.
• Demonstrate ability to build consistent results in a fast-paced environment and develop strategies to grow your own sales pipeline.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring customer service is the number 1 priority.
• Use your extensive background in sales and customer service to convert enquiries, follow up leads, and build lasting client relationships.
• Continuously identify opportunities to grow market share and elevate customer satisfaction.
