Job summary

Vision RV in Baringa, on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a Caravan Sales Consultant to tell the full story of our off-road caravans. You’ll lead yard walks, demonstrate features, and close deals with customers who walk through the showroom door or browse online.

You’ll manage a CRM-driven pipeline, keep online listings sharp, and join SEQ caravan shows on select weekends. A current licence and big-ticket retail sales mindset are ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience selling high-ticket items preferred (vehicles, boats, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to tell the full product story.
• Ability to build rapport and turn walkarounds into sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead yard walkthroughs and demonstrate features to convert interest into sales.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM to avoid cold leads.
• Support online listings and handle digital inquiries, including weekend shows.
