Job summary

JB Caravans in Newcastle is seeking a full-time Caravan Sales Consultant to deliver excellent customer service and help customers choose the perfect caravan.

Based in our Newcastle showroom, you’ll conduct tours, demonstrate features, prepare contracts and stay current on pricing and promotions to ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in caravan, automotive, or related retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong product knowledge and passion to share with customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Enthusiastic, resilient and driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to obtain caravan towing licence.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers, understanding requirements to recommend caravan options.
• Guided tours of caravans and demonstrations of features.
• Preparing sales contracts and processing transactions professionally.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the caravan product range, pricing and promotions.
• Providing post-sales support and liaising with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.
