Harbour Caravans is seeking a driven Sales Representative for our Burpengary East location on Brisbane's north side. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of caravans and outdoor leisure products.

You will greet customers, provide expert product knowledge, conduct demonstrations, prepare quotations, and close deals while maintaining accurate records and nurturing leads.

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience in automotive, leisure, tourism or retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent product knowledge and willingness to become caravan expert.
• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work some weekends and travel.
• Enthusiasm for caravan and outdoor lifestyle industry.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget requirements
• Provide product knowledge and expert advice on caravan features, specifications and benefits
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase caravans to prospective buyers
• Prepare quotations and negotiate sales terms to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations and sales transactions
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant consumer protection legislation
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
• Stay current with product offerings, market trends and competitor activities within the caravan industry
