Job summary

Mainevent RV Centres Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our used caravans and used vehicles team. You will manage customers through the sales process from initial enquiry to final handover, identifying needs and presenting options.

The role involves presenting caravans and vehicles, negotiating and closing sales, building relationships, following up leads, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a smooth handover and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience selling caravans and vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell of New and used caravans and vehicles to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, online and in person
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate and close sales
• Follow up leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth sales and handover process
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience at every stage
