Job summary

Lead Retail is seeking a sales consultant in Heatherbrae, NSW, to close big-ticket caravan deals. You will convert walk-ins and inquiries into signed agreements, guiding customers from first look to handover while building a strong, paying pipeline.

Bring a proven sales record, a competitive drive, and excellent people skills; weekend availability is required. Expect base salary with uncapped commissions and full product training from day one.

My client is one of Northern Melbourne’s busiest caravan dealerships, and we’re looking for a sales consultant who’s driven by the number. Our customers are spending serious money on the adventure of a lifetime. We need someone who can build trust fast, read people well, and get the deal over the line.

You don’t need to know caravans. You need to know how to sell.

We’ll teach you the product: the layouts, the specs, the tow ratings, everything.

What we can’t teach is drive. That part’s on you.

Where you might come from:

• Retail sales (furniture, electronics, white goods, high-ticket goods)
• Anywhere you’ve had a target and smashed it

What you’ll be doing:

• Turning walk-ins, enquiries and leads into signed deals
• Guiding customers through high-value purchases from first look to handover
• Following up hard and building a pipeline that keeps paying
• Working at dealership events and caravan shows, where the big deals happen
