Responsabilités

• Visit DIVVY Parking car parks and run through the checklist of presentation and maintenance items.
• Play a leading role in the growth and management of our client's car parks in Sydney & Melbourne.
• Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of our customer experience at DIVVY car parks via customer surveying, collecting client feedback and monitoring the flow of traffic at car parks.
• Taking pride and ownership of all tasks being attended to.
• Reporting incidents and events accurately.
• Assist with minor troubleshooting of equipment where appropriate, in line with training.
• Escalate complex matters to the relevant support teams where required.
• Assist with coordination of parking during events and peak trading periods.
• Ensure smooth operations and positive customer experience during high-volume periods with support of traffic flow management and reservations.
• Install temporary signage and assist with minor facility enhancements.
• Taking payments at boom gates when required.

Car Park Assistant (Casual) - Sydney & Melbourne

DIVVY Parking is seeking a reliable and efficient Car Park Assistant to join our Sydney & Melbourne teams. This role is vital to DIVVY's performance and presentation of our car parking facilities. You are a motivated and flexible individual that can work across multiple car park sites if required. In this role you'll be the positive force behind our customer service, ongoing car park presentation and maintenance schedules in Sydney. You will ensure DIVVY's car parks run smoothly and efficiently and our client's expectations are always met.

Key responsibilities

Visit DIVVY Parking car parks and run through the checklist of presentation and maintenance items

Play a leading role in the growth and management of our client's car parks in Sydney & Melbourne

About you

High school certificate or equivalent

Flexibility of working hours to assist the business with sales functions such as car park counting, onboarding and the attendance of conferences and events

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify and resolve operational issues

You will be asked to travel across multiple locations to different car park sites and you must be available to work early mornings.
