Job summary

Secure Parking is seeking energetic Customer Service Officers to join our team across multiple car parks in Australia. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, and help ensure smooth parking experiences.

We value enthusiasm, reliability and a can-do attitude; weekend and evening shifts may be required. Visa holders welcomed; driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and can implement rules firmly but politely.
• Take pride in car park presentation.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Flexibility to work on an event-based schedule, including weekends and evenings, as required. Note that shifts are not guaranteed.
• Visa holders encouraged to apply.
• Must have an Australian full unrestricted driving license or Provisional Driver's License.
• Ability to work under different space and weather condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and enforce rules politely.
• Maintain and present car park areas to high standards.
• Assist customers and resolve issues as they arise.
• Work across multiple locations with flexibility for event-based schedules, including weekends and evenings.
