Job summary

DIVVY Parking is seeking a reliable Car Park Assistant (Casual) to support our Sydney and Melbourne sites. You will help maintain car park presentation, perform maintenance checks, and ensure a positive customer experience across multiple locations.

Flexibility to travel across sites and work early mornings is required. You will monitor customer feedback, report on performance, assist with events, and handle payments at boom gates as needed.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Flexible working hours to assist business needs for events and functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Travel across multiple locations to different car park sites and be available for early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Visit DIVVY Parking car parks and run through the checklist of presentation and maintenance items.
• Lead growth and management of client car parks in Sydney & Melbourne.
• Monitor, analyse and report on customer experience via surveys and feedback.
• Take ownership of tasks and report incidents accurately.
• Assist with minor troubleshooting of equipment and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate parking during events and peak periods; ensure smooth operations.
• Install temporary signage and support facility enhancements.
• Take payments at boom gates when required.
