Secure Parking Pty Ltd as trustee for Secure Kings Unit Trust is the largest commercial car park operator in Australia and operates over 500 car parks across Australia & New Zealand. Our Customer Service Officers are the key to our success by making parking a welcome part of our customer's journey.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable and a team player

Responsibilities

• Maintain tidy car park presentation and signage
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and courteously
• Assist customers with parking guidance and directions
• Support daily operations across multiple locations
