Stryker is launching its Sales Academy in Brisbane, January 2027, to train ambitious people into Territory Managers. You’ll join a cohort focused on capital and consumables, building relationships across surgeons, clinical teams and hospital boards.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Target driven and business minded with real commercial instinct.
• Open to coming from sport, allied health, hospitality, a graduate program or another sales role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with surgeons, clinical teams and hospital buyers to land strategic capital and consumables deals.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and stakeholder networks across ANZ.
• Take ownership of your territory and develop a strong business case to drive growth.
