Stryker is launching its Sales Academy in Brisbane, January 2027, to train ambitious people into Territory Managers. You’ll join a cohort focused on capital and consumables, building relationships across surgeons, clinical teams and hospital boards.

The program offers structured learning, a clear career path, and the chance to accelerate your sales career in ANZ. This cohort emphasizes drive and commercial instinct, welcoming applicants from sport, allied health, hospitality, or other sales

Where you'll make your mark: capital and consumables

In this role you'll join one of our capital and consumables divisions: Neurosurgical and Surgical.

Capital and consumables sales is about building the case and seeing it through. Sales cycles can be longer and the stakes are bigger. You'll work across multiple stakeholders, from surgeons and clinical teams to hospital boards and buying groups.

It suits a hustler: someone who loves building relationships, navigating complexity and landing the deals that matter.
