Hastings Deering is seeking a Capability Advisor in Brisbane to support a multi-year ERP transformation program across the Sime Industrial portfolio. Based in South Brisbane, you will coordinate training, learning plans and delivery activities to ensure business readiness.

You will partner with a Training Supervisor and stakeholders to align schedules, learner readiness and capability outcomes, while maintaining training records and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning, training, capability or organisational development.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinating workforce capability initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships across a large, geographically dispersed organisation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach with strong attention to detail and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities to identify capability gaps and learning requirements across impacted audiences.
• Coordinate training schedules, learner readiness activities and training logistics to support successful go-live activities.
• Assist with identifying learner personas, training pathways and capability outcomes aligned to business readiness objectives.
• Partner with the Training Supervisor, training team and business stakeholders to ensure learning activities are planned and delivered effectively.
• Maintain training records, learner data and reporting to support program governance and decision making.
• Monitor learner participation, training completion and feedback, escalating risks and issues where required.
