Job summary

Sime Industrial is modernising its ERP transformation program and seeks a Capability Advisor based in Brisbane to coordinate training and capability activities across the program.

You’ll coordinate schedules, learner readiness, and go-live training, identifying capability outcomes and personas to shape learning pathways.

This permanent, full-time role offers a collaborative, change-focused environment with cross-functional teams across a global business.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning, training, capability, or organisational development activities.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinating workforce capability initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building across a large, geographically dispersed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support TNA to identify capability gaps and learning requirements.
• Coordinate training schedules, readiness activities and logistics.
• Assist with learner personas, pathways and capability outcomes.
• Partner with the training team and stakeholders to plan and deliver learning activities.
• Maintain training records, learner data and reports for governance.
• Monitor participation and completion, escalate risks as needed.
