St Anthony of Padua Catholic College Austral NSW is seeking a CAPA Coordinator (Years 5–8) for a full-time, permanent role within a Catholic learning environment. The successful candidate will inspire students, deliver engaging CAPA instruction, and contribute to a data-informed approach to student progress.

You will bring commitment to Catholic education, qualifications to teach Music in 4–6, and a collaborative, outcomes-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Utilise formative and summative assessments to drive progress and provide effective feedback.
• Collaborate with staff to support teaching and learning aligned with College directions.
• Participate in staff professional development and contribute to a culture of excellence.

About You

As a CAPA Coordinator (2 point position - Years 5 - 8), you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment.The position is a 2-point promotional temporary role, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You'll bring:

• experience, qualifications and a willingness to teachMusic in stagesin 4 to 6

• a commitment to continual improvement of teaching and learning
• ability to facilitate staff professional development in best practice teaching skills and content knowledge
