Job summary

St Mary’s Cathedral College Sydney, part of Sydney Catholic Schools, is seeking a Secondary Teacher for an immediate start or negotiable commencement. You will deliver engaging, student-centered lessons in a Catholic learning environment, with TAS teaching and potential additional subjects.

Use assessments to drive progress and apply data-informed objectives, while supporting inclusive faith-based education.

Qualifications

• minimum one year full-time teaching experience.
• a tertiary qualification in Education.
• eligibility according to NESA (NSW).

About You

As a Secondary Teacher, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You will:

utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress

demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being

integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

You will have attained:

minimum one year full-time teaching experience

a Tertiary qualification in Education

eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
