CSIRO is seeking a Unified Communications Mobile Specialist to manage, support and optimise CSIRO’s mobile telecommunications services. You will act as a key link between internal stakeholders and Telstra, overseeing mobile services and devices, procurement, billing and reporting, while driving automation and better ways of working.

Qualifications

• Proven experience identifying and implementing cost-saving measures within a Unified Communications environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Mobile and Telephony Deployments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to support UC projects with competing priorities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across teams and industry colleagues.
• Excellent influence and communication skills, adapting presentations to the audience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the lifecycle of mobile services and devices from provisioning to retirement.
• Improve mobile self-service, automation, reporting and customer experience.
• Monitor expenditure, billing and service utilisation to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain strong mobile asset governance, data accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Telstra and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
