Job summary

Canberra CompuTracts Pty is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide frontline ICT support to staff in Canberra and overseas. You will respond to helpdesk requests, troubleshoot routine issues, and maintain ICT service and asset records.

Working within the Business Systems Unit, you will support deployment of ICT equipment and contribute to cyber security controls, patching, access management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ICT support in a government environment.
• Ability to analyse issues, assess risks and propose practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline ICT support for hardware, software, network and device issues.
• Administer user accounts and ICT asset records; assist deployments and upgrades.
• Prepare procedures and knowledge articles; assist with cybersecurity controls.
