Role summary:
The ICT Support Officer will provide frontline ICT support services to staff in Australia and overseas. The role will be responsible for responding to helpdesk requests, troubleshooting and resolving routine technical issues, maintaining accurate ICT service and asset records, and supporting the deployment and management of ICT equipment. The successful candidate will work within the Business Systems Unit and contribute to reliable, customer-focused ICT services, projects and operational activities.
On offer is a contract assignment with potential for extension, with a requirement to be onsite in Canberra, and a highly competitive hourly rate. The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
