Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced ICT Officer for a 3-month on-site contract in Canberra, ACT. You will provide frontline ICT support across hardware, software, network and devices, triage and resolve incidents, and assist with projects and improvements.

Requirements include Baseline clearance and experience in Australian Government environments, strong troubleshooting across Microsoft environments, ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Baseline security clearance required.
• Experience providing ICT support within Australian Government/Commonwealth environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft on-premises and cloud.
• Experience supporting users across hardware, software, networks, accounts and devices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess risks and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• ITIL principles understanding would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline ICT support across hardware, software, network, accounts and devices.
• Triage, troubleshoot, resolve and escalate service requests and incidents.
• Administer user accounts, devices, software and ICT asset records.
• Support ICT projects, upgrades, testing, rollouts and implementation activities.
• Prepare and maintain ICT procedures, user guides and knowledge articles.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers to resolve ICT issues.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service and process improvements.
• Support cybersecurity controls, patching, access management and incident reporting.
• Provide hands-on support for user and workplace ICT hardware.
