Job summary

Centorrino Technologies is seeking an experienced ICT Officer for a 3-month on-site contract in Canberra. The role focuses on frontline ICT support, incident triage, account administration and contributing to ICT projects.

Ideal candidates will have Baseline security clearance and strong Microsoft on-premises and cloud troubleshooting skills, with experience in government environments and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Prepare and maintain ICT procedures, user guides and knowledge articles.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers to resolve ICT issues.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service and process improvements.
• Support cybersecurity controls, patching, access management and incident reporting.
• Provide hands-on support for user and workplace ICT hardware.

We're currently looking for an experiencedICT Officerto join our team and provide responsive, customer-focused ICT support. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, maintaining ICT systems and contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will be a 3-month contract based on-site in Canberra, ACT.

What You'll Do

• CurrentBaseline security clearance.
• Experience providing ICT support within an Australian Government or Commonwealth environment.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience supporting users across hardware, software, networks, accounts and devices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
• A collaborative, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Experience withActive Directory and Azure AD.
• An understanding ofITIL principles would be highly regarded.
