Job summary

Quality People is urgently seeking an ICT Project Officer for a 3-month contract in Canberra. The successful candidate will provide frontline ICT support to staff in Australia and overseas, respond to helpdesk requests, and resolve routine ICT issues while maintaining accurate service records.

You will assist with ICT project activities, upgrades, testing, rollouts and the development of procedures, user guides and knowledge articles. Baseline security clearance is required.

• Administer user accounts, systems, devices, software and ICT asset records.
• Support ICT projects, upgrades, testing, rollouts and implementation activities.
• Prepare and update ICT procedures, user guides and knowledge articles.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of ICT incidents and changes.

Our client URGENTLY requires a ICT Project Officer for a 3months + Contract in Canberra.

The ICT Project Officer will provide frontline ICT support services to the staff in Australia and overseas. The role is responsible for responding to helpdesk requests, resolving routine ICT issues, maintaining accurate service records, and supporting the deployment and management of ICT equipment.

Skills and Experience required include
