Job summary

Centorrino Technologies in Canberra is seeking an experienced ICT Officer to provide frontline ICT support across hardware, software, network and accounts on a 3-month, on-site contract.

You'll troubleshoot issues, support users, administer AD/Azure AD, contribute to projects and continuous improvement, and work with vendors to maintain secure ICT systems.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline ICT support across hardware, software, network, account and device issues.
• Triage, troubleshoot, resolve and elevate service requests and incidents.
• Administer user accounts, devices, software and ICT asset records.
• Support ICT projects, upgrades, testing, rollouts and implementation activities.
• Prepare and maintain ICT procedures, user guides and knowledge articles.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and service providers to resolve ICT issues.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service and process improvements.
• Support cybersecurity controls, patching, access management and incident reporting.
• Provide hands-on support for user and workplace ICT hardware.

You'll play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, maintaining ICT systems and contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will be a 3-month contract based on-site in Canberra, ACT.

What You'll Do

• Experience providing ICT support within an Australian Government or Commonwealth environment.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience supporting users across hardware, software, networks, accounts and devices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
• A collaborative, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Experience withActive Directory and Azure AD.
• An understanding ofITIL principles would be highly regarded.
