Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities management across a commercial asset portfolio.
• Coordinate contractors across essential services and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with WHS and statutory services.
• Liaise with tenants and resolve issues.
• Manage reactive works and preventative maintenance.
• Utilize FM systems for reporting and documentation.
• Support the wider FM team for consistent service delivery.
