Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium industrial portfolio.

• Be the face of FM for building occupants and ownership, addressing issues before they arise.
• Ensure compliance, WHS, and risk management are tightly managed.
• Own the financials, including budget management, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
