Job summary

TAFE NSW seeks a Services Coordinator for the Queanbeyan Campus to collaborate with internal partners and provide services for staff and students. You will be the campus community’s point of contact and help ensure a safe, welcoming and well‑organised environment.

You will coordinate local service delivery, support incident management, and assist staff, students and visitors, enabling positive learning experiences and community connections. January 2027 start.

Qualifications

• A valid Working with Children Check is required prior to commencement.
• Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE NSW operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local service delivery on campus and support incident and issue management.
• Provide timely assistance to staff, students and visitors to create a positive learning environment.
• Represent and engage with external organisations to strengthen community connections.
• Oversee on-site operational activities to ensure safety, welcome and orderly campus operations.
