TAFE Queensland is seeking an Operations Coordinator to efficiently coordinate operational teams across the SkillsTech Acacia Ridge campus, delivering cleaning, maintenance and educational delivery support services.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage rosters, safety procedures, asset records, and procurement, while maintaining accurate reports and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Leadership of a multi-disciplinary team in a facilities context.
• Knowledge of facilities standards, safety, and incident reporting.
• Ability to manage rosters, timesheets and leave.
• Experience with procurement processes and asset management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team to complete cleaning, maintenance and education support tasks.
• Coordinate procurement, stock takes and asset management.
• Maintain records in Archibus and Tech One, and generate reports.
• Support safety management with SOPs and JSEAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across campuses to improve services.
