Job summary

TAFE NSW Life-Changing Careers on Queanbeyan Campus is seeking a Services Coordinator for a temporary full-time role until 30 June 2027. The role collaborates with internal partners to deliver campus services for staff and students and is the key contact for community engagement.

You will oversee on-site operations, manage incidents, and help create a safe, welcoming learning environment. Availability for some after-hours work is required and January 2027 commencement.

Qualifications

• A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
• Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE NSW operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to provide campus services.
• Coordinate local service delivery and incident management.
• Support staff, students and visitors to enable positive learning experiences.
• Represent campus in community engagement activities.
