UTS seeks a Senior Central Services Officer to lead daily campus operations, combining hands-on delivery with strategic planning and stakeholder support. The role oversees a small team, coordinates events, relocations and furniture movement, and drives improvements in safety, quality and efficiency across multiple campus locations.

You will manage contractors, plan work programs, and ensure spaces are safe, well-presented and compliant with regulations.

Qualificações

• Ability to lead and develop a small operational team, including setting priorities and monitoring performance.
• Experience coordinating event setups, office relocations and safe movement/installation of furniture and equipment.
• Knowledge of service planning, continuous improvement and coordinating with stakeholders to meet priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coordinate and support the Central Services team to deliver safe, responsive, high-quality services.
• Plan and supervise daily work programs for ~2 direct reports, allocate priorities and monitor performance.
• Support the Manager with service planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and participate in classroom, event, exhibition, function and office-relocation setups.
• Physically move and arrange furniture and equipment to support university activities.
• Manage contractors and coordinate services to achieve safety, quality, time and service outcomes.
• Conduct regular inspections of spaces to resolve issues and maintain presentation standards.
• Analyze demand and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and campus experience.
