University of Sydney is seeking a Specialist Health and Wellbeing on a full-time continuing basis at the Camperdown Campus. You will lead end-to-end health and wellbeing initiatives, aligning with enterprise HSMS frameworks and embedding them across faculties and business units.

Working with the Psychosocial Safety, HSW Systems and Enablement teams, you will develop preventative tools, resources and programs, promoting awareness and engagement with diverse university communities and external

Qualifications

• Graduate qualifications in psychology, organisational development, learning and development, or occupational health and safety or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects to deliverables.
• Experience designing end-to-end initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Ability to provide clear specialist advice, in written and verbal form.
• Workshop facilitation and the ability to present to diverse end-users.
• Understanding of relevant Australian legislation, standards and guidelines.

Responsabilités

• design, develop and coordinate health and wellbeing education programs and initiatives
• manage the University Wellbeing Champion Network
• manage the coordination, communication and implementation of all learning and development offerings that form part of the Health and Wellbeing Program
• coordinate and promote health promotion initiatives, managing partnerships and contracts with external providers
• provide subject matter expertise into psychosocial, health and wellbeing communications, building awareness of offerings across the University community
• partner with HSW teams to embed psychosocial, health and wellbeing offerings across diverse University portfolios
