Only About Children Bridgeman Downs is seeking an experienced Campus Director to lead the campus—overseeing people, performance, quality and operations, and acting as Nominated Supervisor where applicable. You will champion child safety, family welcome, and a warm, capable school community.

In this role you’ll coach leaders, manage budgets and enrolments, ensure curriculum quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Significant early childhood leadership and service management experience.
• Nominated Supervisor or Campus Director experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the NQF, child protection legislation and compliance.
• Ability to manage operations, people, performance, quality and risk.
• Leadership, coaching, communication and decision-making skills.
• Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus safety and regulatory compliance across the campus daily.
• Coach leaders and build a strong team culture for educators.
• Strengthen family welcome and community connection.
• Oversee curriculum quality, QIP and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, enrolments, staffing, occupancy and operations.

At Bridgeman Downs, my day feels big, natural and full of discovery. I arrive at a campus on Ridley Road with huge grounds and a protected nature reserve around me. There is space, fresh air and care for the environment everywhere I look.

I learn in ten light-filled studio rooms with natural materials, timber furnishings and thoughtful resources. Outside, I can play with cubby houses, mud kitchens, sand and water, bike paths, swings, slides and Bush Kindy. I can problem-solve, climb, imagine and learn from nature. About the role

I need a campus where everyone knows what matters most.

As Campus Director, you will lead the people, performance, quality and operations of the campus. Where applicable, you will also act as Nominated Supervisor.

What you'll bring
