Only About Children Bridgeman Downs is seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator to lead and mentor, delivering high-quality early learning in a safe, inclusive environment. You will support curriculum delivery, child safety, and continuous improvement, while guiding rooms and collaborating with families to promote children's confidence and growth.

Qualifications

• Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or approved equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior educator or mentoring role.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, child development and inclusive practice.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Strong communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills.
• Current Working with Children Check and state-based child protection clearance.

• Mentor educators to apply intentional teaching, reflective practice and inclusive learning strategies.

About the role

As an Educator, you'll provide high-level educational practice, professional leadership and mentoring within the campus.
