Randstad is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative for Salary Packaging in Sydney CBD. This immediate-start role is an initial 6-8 week contract with potential extension to mid 2027. You will handle inbound calls, guide customers through salary packaging accounts, and maintain records.

Training is provided, with an hourly rate of 38.89 AUD plus super, located in Sydney CBD near Town Hall. Ideal candidates have strong communication, proven customer service experience in a contact
