Randstad in Sydney CBD is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Consultant to join our Salary Packaging team. This fixed-term contract runs through December 2026 with an immediate start and a strong likelihood of extension or permanency.

You will handle inbound calls, guide customers through salary packaging accounts, and maintain records with empathy and accuracy. WHV holders are encouraged to apply, and training is provided. Location is Sydney CBD, close to Town Hall.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a naturally helpful attitude.
• Experience in customer service (contact center, retail, or hospitality all count!).
• Confidence using computers and navigating basic software.
