Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking an experienced Cage Area Manager to lead Cage & Count operations and drive a high-performing team in delivering premium service in a world-class luxury environment.

Reporting to the Cage Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, maintain strict regulatory compliance, and shape team culture in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cage operations or similar regulated gaming environments.
• Proven leadership experience with team development and engagement.
• Strong customer-centric approach in fast-paced service environments.
• Experience with cash handling, reconciliation and financial controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a regulated environment.
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence.
