Crown Resorts is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Cage Cashiers to join Crown Sydney, with both full-time and part-time roles available. You will deliver guest service while accurately handling financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have face-to-face customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster. You must be able to obtain a Casino Special Employee Licence and thrive in hospitality settings.

The Role Crown Sydney is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team, with one full-time and one part-time Cage Cashier opportunity available.

As a Cage Cashier, you will play a vital role in our operations, delivering exceptional guest service while accurately and efficiently managing financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment
• Demonstrated experience within a demanding environment.
• Providing outstanding guest service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest interaction.
• Effective communication and computer skills
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to uphold the highest standards of service and efficiency.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence

About You Must be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster. Demonstrated experience working in hospitality. Ability to stand for extended periods. Resilient to change. Strong organisational and communication skills Capability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
